Inspiration

GOLF

It is a science, the study of a lifetime, to which you may exhaust yourself but never the subject. It means going out in God's out-of-doors getting close to nature, fresh air, exercise, a sweeping away of mental cobwebs, genuine recreation for tired tissues. It is a cure for care and an antidote to worry.

Banty's Roost G & CC

Banty’s Roost I really have nothing good to say about many Brampton course, this one included. Set in the middle of an old apple orchard on a boring flat plain of land. There are some short agarvating par 4s and some very challenging par threes including one that is do or die- hit the green or take a penalty stroke. I can’t say anything bad about the green as there were generally small but in great shape. The general layout is poor – and boring, but I suppose it is a good enough course for the local Bramptonite, as the price is still reasonable where green fees can exceed $100.
